And we are forever grateful

There is no amount of money we could pay her that would cover how far above and beyond Cassidy went for our family. So we built her this site.

Book an appointment

If you’re here, you’re probably thinking about selling your house. Or you’re another realtor curious why a customer bought a billboard for his realtor. Both good reasons to drop by. Welcome.

Now, if you’re selling, you’re probably wondering about realtors. Who do you trust? Does the realtor you choose really matter? Is there a difference?

I know for a FACT the answers to those questions. If you decide to use Cassidy Wheeler as your realtor, you will never have to experience “why”.

I Am You

When my wife and I bought our home, we were sure we’d never leave it. It had charm, room to grow, and was 11 mins from nearly everything we loved. We were ready to pack it with kids and then die there in 30-40 years.

But a year in, things changed. Opportunity called and we answered. All that was left was to sell the house. No sweat. We’ve bought and sold like five at this point. Pretty sure there’s a whole industry set up for this, too. Should be easy.

It was not easy.

Cliff Notes

  • Damn fine rate though.

  • Historically bad strategy.

  • Can’t even hate. The fruit was no longer hanging low.

  • Historically good strategy.

  • Wouldn’t believe me if I told you.

  • Clark Kent. Bruce Wayne. Cassidy Wheeler. The list goes on.

  • And hire Cassidy Wheeler to sell your home.

Or maybe you don’t read so good. In which case yoop parnl si’ swallay.

Gimme the Scoop

Once upon a time…

We bought at the peak. Had a baby. Wife becomes S.A.H.M. Quit my job. Start a business. Get Realtor #1. Under contract in a week.

Buyers backed out due to them getting a divorce (wtf?). Housing market tanked. Offer prices drop…then stop. Realtor #1 goes dark.

Move out of state to launch business. Realtor #1 cuts us loose after contract expires - the first realtor-initiated contact in months. Good talk.

Referred to Cassidy

I’m about to rent the place out. The market sucks. I’m not looking for a miracle here.

Cassidy runs comps on the area. She points out not just the obvious areas where we’re getting beat but also talks solutions and options.

C.W. puts together 3 upgrade plans with high/low forecasts. She’s honest about her opinions but doesn’t overpromise. Balls in our court. We pull trig on on her recommendation.

Off to the races. Cassidy runs point on everything: designs new layouts for a kitchen and bathroom overhaul, upgrades fixtures, paint, etc. She sources contractors (all of which I highly recommend), project manages, and communicates constantly - we don’t have to lift a finger.

Renovations complete. We list it higher than ever. Offers roll in. Under contract in 2 weeks (literally nothing for 9 months prior). That’s one hell of a referral!

Follow Cassidy on Social Media

If you’re a curious realtor…

What follows is why Cassidy Wheeler is better than you. And it’s not your fault.

We inadvertently became horrible, low profit, time sapping customers. You would have walked. You SHOULD have walked. I suggested Cassidy walk. She would not. We have no idea why.

Couple of Speed Bumps

Buyer drops. Old house = imperfect inspections.

Our personal accounts get hacked and lose life savings.

We go under contract again. Little lower on the selling price.

Third buyer backs out for the same reason as the 2nd.

Cassidy Pulls Out All the Stops

  • This chick starts literal campaigns to get this house out there. It is not sitting on MLS and Zillow waiting to move. Cassidy is forcing this place up people’s social media feed. All gas, no breaks.

Instagram stuff. Influencers. Networking events. Cassidy Wheeler is to real estate what Highway Rick Ross is to cocaine in the 80’s. Cassidy is PUSHING this house.

The MLS Days-on-Market is HIGH. I’m giving up hope.

Cassidy is shooting videos and commercials for literally just this house. I’m not talking about your standard house walk-through either. It was hyped!

She even got the house picked up on some show on historic homes.

  • She was great. Really nice. A referral too.

But she suffered from what every other realtor suffers from. She simply was not Cassidy Wheeler.

Above and Beyond (again)

Cassidy knows our financial situation. Between launching a business and everything else, she know cash flow is top of mind.

Cassidy (with our permission) lists our house on Peer Space to offset mortgage and help with our finances. She absolutely refuses to take a cut.

Updates us constantly on buyer feedback and her next plan to get it sold.

Under contract for the 4th time. Hooray!!

Pipes Freeze. Kitchen Destroyed.

Lose buyers. C.W. project-manages a 2nd restoration project for us.

Finds a wedding planner that’s willing to cover our mortgage in return for using the house to host the brides’ and grooms’ families from time to time until we sell.

Cassidy does whatever magic she does and gets another bite. Offers to cut her commission in half to incentivize the buyer’s agent. BOOM.

Under contract again (5th time), only at a higher price. NBD. Slight work for Cassidy Wheeler.

PIPES EXPLODE - AGAIN

KITCHEN DESTROYED - AGAIN

Only worse.

I can hear the pain in Cassidy’s voice. I don’t know what I’m gonna do but I know it involves having to find a new realtor.

This woman refuses to walk out on us. I even give her the green light, but she refuses.

The ROI on her time has got to be the lowest out of her entire career but holy shit this chick is absolutely committed to helping our family.

Goal Line Defense

UNBELIEVABLY she keeps this buyer from running.

Constantly updates everyone.

Takes design input from new buyers and incorporates it into the rebuild. She runs point as PM AGAIN. There are like 6 different trades going in and out with a time crunch on the closing day always around the corner.

Do you know how stressful doing 3 kitchen remodels in a year can be? I don’t. Cassidy handled every single one.

I cannot convey to you how uninvolved we were in this process. I’ve had to do more work making breakfast than I had to do putting my kitchen back together for the 3rd time in 9 months.

The Final 24 Hours

As I write this, we are 24 hours away from being officially done. If you’re reading this, the deal went through. We will have made way more on the sale than I ever thought possible.

Shout to Cassidy’s team, Kayli Welvaert and Fallon Thompson and all the managers that trusted her enough NOT to demand she fire us.

But the money is not what prompted us to grab a billboard and make a website (two things I’ve literally never done before). If you’ve read this far, you know why.

  • Cassidy Wheeler

World’s Best Realtor. All Around Good Person.

Selling? You should hire her. Buying? I assume she’s the best at that too.

But Will YOU Receive This Level Of Service?

Obviously, it pays to know the right people. A random stranger can’t expect this type of support from a realtor.

We’re probably related, hence the “blood is thicker than 3 kitchen remodels” treatment.

Long standing family friends, maybe.

Attended the same college.

Here’s the strangest thing…

True story (obviously) but the craziest thing to me is that as I type this, it just dawned on me that neither my wife nor I have ever actually met this person in real life.

We have nearly zero connection to each other, besides a generic referral from an extremely generic, boring coworker.

If Cassidy Wheeler is willing to go this hard in the paint for literal strangers, imagine what she will do for you.

Epilogue

Look, if you’re selling a house, literally none of this stuff is going to happen to you. Ok, maybe you get ghosted by a realtor if your house isn’t moving or whatever, but you can’t even hate on that. For the most part though, it’ll probably be reasonably smooth.

And you can choose any realtor you want. Uncle Bob. Your friend’s referral. Whoever. There are countless options out there. I don’t make a dime who you use. I don’t care.

BUT IF YOU WANT THE BEST

Then you want Cassidy Wheeler.

In a world of “all talk”, she is all action. You and I both know that.

Because Cassidy Wheeler sold my home.

And for that, we are forever grateful.
